Join Maria on a Sound and Energy Healing Journey to feed your soul.
This multi-sensory journey will help you to:
Drop into the now, with focused and intentional breathwork.
Take a break from all the noise, while being guided into a deep relaxation meditation with
Crystal Healing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls,
Gongs, and other Sound Healing Tools.
Your journey doesn’t stop there,
Maria will also be using aromatherapy and Reiki to help move energy
bringing you to a peaceful state if you would like to receive.
Maria will intutively place stones on each individual to facilitate deeper feelings of peace and surrender.
We will finish out with a guided group experience to help you further release whatever it is that is no longer serving you so those feeling of peace can stay with you.
